How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

How do I track my order?

My package was marked delivered but I haven’t received it?

Please contact customer services and we'll look into it.

I entered an incorrect or undeliverable address or missed delivery?

If your order has not yet shipped, we'll do our best to update your information if you contact customer services with your order number.

Unfortunately, Nature Sustained cannot be held responsible for incorrectly supplied/undeliverable address information once shipped or if a delivery is missed.

Can I ship to a P.O. box?

Yes, we ship to any US address.

I have a problem with the product?

If your Nature Sustained product is not perfect for you, please visit account.naturesustained.com within 30 days of purchase and then select the item(s) that you have an issue with and request a return/refund. We'll let you know if your request is approved via email usually within 1-3 days.

I ordered the wrong item and would like to return it?

Please request a return within 30 days of the delivery date by logging into account.naturesustained.com and selecting the item(s) that you wish to return, then you should see an option to request a return. We'll let you know if approved via email.

How do I request a refund?

  1. Login to account.naturesustained.com
  2. Click the order that you wish to submit the return request for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, select the item(s) that you wish to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note as to why you need to return the product.
  5. Click "Submit request".
  6. We'll let you know if your return request is accepted within 1-3 business days.
