What makes Nature Sustained different from other natural shampoos?
Most "natural" shampoos still rely on synthetic surfactants, preservatives, or artificial fragrances. Nature Sustained uses only raw, wild-harvested plants and fruits from the jungles of Thailand — fermented with live vegan probiotics and never heat-processed. Will it lather like a regular shampoo or body wash?
Yes, but naturally. Our soapberry-based formula creates a gentle, pH-balanced lather thanks to a natural compound called saponin. It will feel different from a sulfate-heavy lather — lighter and softer — but it cleanses just as effectively without stripping your scalp or skin.
I have eczema / psoriasis / a very sensitive scalp. Is this safe for me?

Yes. Our formulas are made without coconut-derived ingredients. Many conventional shampoos and body washes rely on coconut-based detergents, but our products use wildcrafted soapnut botanicals instead to gently cleanse without synthetic detergents.
Why does my product have a slight vinegar-like smell?
That is a completely normal sign of a healthy, live probiotic formula. Just like kombucha or natural fermented foods, the fermentation process creates a mild, temporary scent. It disappears entirely the moment you rinse — leaving no odor on your hair or skin whatsoever.
Are all your ingredients really wildcrafted?
Yes. We work directly with communities in Thailand who hand-harvest ingredients like soapberries, makrut lime, elephant apple, and Indian laurel from their natural jungle environment. No farming, no pesticides, no shortcuts.
